We have a lot to be thankful for in Houston, Texas. We have a freedom to enjoy a quality of life that would have been unheard of in 1621 when the Pilgrims’ Thanksgiving was held. They and other people alive at that time most certainly could never be able to imagine the things we take for granted in our lives. Easy access to food, shelter, clothing, running hot and cold water are a few basic things we have in The United States of America in the year 2018. Transportation, communication and education were very different 397 years ago. Yes, we have it pretty good and I am very thankful this Thanksgiving.
