We have an independent company, CEO Juice, conduct surveys of our service calls to measure customer satisfaction. Last week, of the 34 responses, 32 were 10’s and two were 9’s. 10 is the highest and 1 is the lowest. Sheryl B said this about Miguel, “The speed at which he was able to come out was impressive. I was expecting him in a day or two, not an hour or two. Thank you.” Marcela S said this about Bill, “Bill was great and he didn’t leave until he made sure the problem was fixed.
