Scanning Problems?

Perform the following procedure if your Konica Minolta MFP is giving you a problem when scanning to your PC, SMB or Email.
1.Select the “Job List” on the MFP’s touch panel.
2.Select the “Log” tab.
3.Select (highlight) the most recent job that indicated an error.
4.Select “Details”.
5.Write down the “Results” & “Error Dets” remarks and provide this info to your IT person.
This info can be very helpful to a technician in resolving scan to PC, SMB or email problems.
