Here at Office Systems of Texas we have a system that allows us to capture feedback after every service call. We use the Net Promoter Score system www.netpromoter.com The following is an example of a survey response we received on March 27. Pat S with RHI rated us a 10 (the highest rating) for: “Rate our dispatch overall, ease of placing service call etc.”, “Technician left the equipment repaired to your satisfaction”, Rate our Technician overall” and “How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?”. Our customer, Pat, placed a call for service on her company’s Konica Minolta C558 Copier/Printer on 3/25/2020 at 12:55 pm. Our service technician, Shandon, was dispatched at 2:55 pm, arrived at RHI’s office at 3:13 pm and completed the repairs at 3:46 pm. We are proud of our dispatcher, Sofia and our technician, Shandon.
