Customer Satisfaction is our top priority to everyone at OSOT. How do we measure customer satisfaction? One method that we utilize is called Net Promoter Score. The Net Promoter Score system captures feedback via a customer survey after service has been completed on the customer’s MFP or printer. This feedback generates a rating among companies using the Net Promoter Score system. For the month of July 2020 we ranked Number 1 in North America thanks to the Great Service our Technicians provide to our customers!
