Congratulations to Dallas for earning Konica Minolta’s “Tech of the Month” for April 2020. April was a slow month due to the Covid pandemic, yet Dallas completed 27 “break/fix” service calls with an average response time of 1.8 hours. Dallas maintained a great attitude during this time of unease and made sure our customers were taken care of in a very prompt manner.
